We create bespoke interiors, covers and tray liners that are the perfect fit for boxes, crates and the fresh product being packaged.
Cover
We develop a plastic cover in a box or crate to protect products, to repel light and to ensure that dirt does not stick to the products. This cover can be designed with or without perforations and fitted with a tear-off edge.
Interior
In boxes we add indentations to the interior, equivalent in size to small packs, to keep small packs in place. Handy during transportation and for a neat, enhanced presentation in the fresh food aisle.
Tray liner
We develop a tray liner for loose products in a box, case or crate. This tray liner contains cavities to accommodate the loose fruit and vegetables. This enables products to remain in place and at the same time they are protected against bumping.
Tray liners are available in various materials and used for avocados, mangoes, melons, apples, exotics and citrus fruit.
