Trays

Whether it concerns packaging for snack vegetables, strawberries, avocados or vine tomatoes, our trays provide versatile solutions for different applications. We design every tray with a keen eye for detail, whereby the fresh product is key.

Based on your specific wishes, sustainability targets, desired look, legislation and regulations, packaging content, transport and environmental factors, we make choices about material, measurements, printing, perforations and any seal or fastener. This way we always provide a suitable solution!

Quality Pack develops trays made of plastic, cardboard and pulp, with each material having its own unique properties.

Clamshells

Clamshell packaging offers stand-out convenience because it is easy to open and close via the hinged lid attached to the tray. Ideal for to-go products, grapes and more fragile soft fruits, where the packaging is opened and closed several times.

In addition, clamshell packaging provides excellent protection for fresh produce. Our team is full of ideas for developing unique, branded packaging concepts to get the consumer’s attention.

Clamshells can be made of plastic materials, including rPET and PET as well as cardboard, with or without a window.

Cups and Shakers

Quality Pack develops high-quality cups and shakers. From juicy berries to (snack) vegetables; our sustainable cups and shakers provide optimum protection against damage and contamination. This preserves the quality of fruit and vegetables. We supply cups with perforations depending on the fresh product. We also use these perforations in the corresponding lids.

Another benefit of this packaging method is that it provides many opportunities for presenting fresh products in a unique way. The entire outside surface of cups and shakers can be printed. They are user-friendly too and can be re-sealed multiple times using the lid. As well as being functional in use, they are also easy to stack, store and transport.

We supply cups and shakers in solid cardboard, FSC cardboard, rPET or PET.

Lids

Lids allow packaging to be resealable and ensure transparency and visibility of the fresh product. Lids also elevate the look of packaging, make products stackable and ensure that the fresh product can be filled to the edge. Very efficient!

We develop bespoke lids for cups, buckets, shakers, punnets or trays. Round, square and rectangular lids are all available as standard. We make these lids from rPET, PET or PLA (bioplastic) and they come with the necessary perforations in order to safeguard the quality and shelf life of the product.

Buckets

Bucket packaging comes in many forms and is suitable for different fruit and vegetables, including snack tomatoes, blueberries, cucumbers and soft fruit. Bucket packaging comes with a handle, making it easy to carry and transport. Buckets can also be easily resealed when combined with a lid. An ideal packaging for on the go or for products continuously being opened and closed.

We supply buckets in rPET and PET material and – featuring all-round printing – these make eye-catching packagings on the supermarket shelves.

Bags

Our bags help considerably to extend the shelf life of fresh products through their ability to protect products. With our range of plastic, paper and kraft bags, we provide tailor-made solutions for various fresh produce, including heads of lettuce, apples, pears, pointed sweet peppers, pulses and herbs.

Our dedication, high quality standard and innovation enable us to guarantee both freshness and a long shelf life. Depending on the product being packaged, our bags are sealed, partly sealed or open. Bags are also available with a mounting block for easy packing of products in the packing hall. We happily use our expertise to ensure that your products receive the best possible protection and are presented to greatest effect.

Nets

Nets provide an effective solution for bundling fresh produce, including citrus fruit, avocados and sprouts. Nets also ensure ventilation, visibility of the fresh product and provide some protection to the products.

We supply nets with an attached personalised label. Or as a coloured net with clip wire and wine glass tag, on which product information can be provided. We design these nets from PP or biodegradable cellulose material.

Films

We use flowpack film, top-seal film and Stackpack multi-seal film for protection, to preserve freshness and to make produce look attractive. We make films for flowpack applications or to top-seal trays. The films are available in a range of qualities and can be printed.
